ACA Health Benefits Fund’s, Pathways to Better Health are Chronic Disease Management Programs (CDMPs) are designed to give you access to proven, supportive pathways to help you feel stronger, live better, and take control of your health. These practical, evidence‑informed programs combine clinical guidance, lifestyle education, and ongoing support to help you prevent, manage, or improve chronic health conditions, and best of all there is no extra cost for eligible members*

Kieser — Physiotherapy & Strength Training (CDMP)

ACA Health partners with Kieser to offer a specialised Chronic Disease Management Program combining physiotherapy and strength training.

It is designed for members managing hip or knee osteoarthritis or a spinal condition and facing
the possibility of surgery.

Hip, Knee, and Spinal Health Programs

Supports those with hip or knee osteoarthritis or spinal conditions, aiming to delay or avoid surgery.

What’s included:

·        Clinician Oversight: Developed and supervised by qualified Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, or Exercise Scientists

·        Efficient Training on Specialised Equipment: Just two 30-minute sessions per week
deliver measurable results

·        Inclusive Environment: Whether you’re 25 or 85, new to exercise or an experienced athlete, you’ll train in a space that prioritises your comfort and safety.

How to participate:

Gold Deluxe Hospital and Complete or Mid Ancillary, or
Gold Private Hospital and Complete or Mid Ancillary policy
– Held eligible membership level (above) for at least 12 months
